Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, helping businesses streamline their HR processes and improve employee experience. You will be involved in end-to-end project lifecycles and work closely with clients to understand their requirements, design solutions, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors functionality.

Key Responsibilities :

Implementation and Configuration :
- Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, etc.)
- Perform system configuration, including integration with other HR systems.
- Configure workflows, approval processes, and business rules in SuccessFactors.
Consulting and Solution Design :
- Analyze client business processes and requirements to deliver tailored solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors suite.
- Provide recommendations for improving HR processes through the application of SuccessFactors best practices.
Client Interaction :
- Engage with clients to gather business requirements, provide demos, and present SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Work with business and technical teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals.
Testing and Troubleshooting :
- Develop and execute testing strategies, including unit, system, and integration testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in configuration, data migration, and integration.
Training and Documentation :
- Provide end-user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation.
- Prepare knowledge transfer materials for clients.
Ongoing Support and Maintenance :
- Provide post-implementation support and assist in the enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors systems as per client requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with new releases and enhancements to SuccessFactors modules.

Required Qualifications :

Experience :
- 3+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration.
- Experience with at least 1-2 full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations.
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance Goals, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, etc.
Technical Skills :
- Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors configuration and module setup.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems (e.g., SAP HCM, third-party applications).
- Knowledge of data migration strategies and tools.
Soft Skills :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications :
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules (highly desirable).
