ROLE OVERVIEW :
We are looking for a skilled and motivated customer care executive that will ensure
the primary point of contact between a company and its customers, ensuring a seamless experience by addressing queries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with customers. This role is crucial in fostering customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1.Handle chats, or social media inquiries from customers
2.Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies.
3.Identify the root cause of customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
4.Offer alternative resolutions or suggestions to meet customer expectations
5.Work with internal teams (sales, technical support, etc.) to resolve complex queries.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCY :
1 .Excellent verbal and written communication to interact clearly with customers.
2. Analyze issues, identify solutions, and resolve problems efficiently.
3. Handle multiple customer inquiries and meet response time targets.
4. Manage challenging situations or dissatisfied customers calmly and professionally.
