Customer Support Executive

🚨 We Are Hiring - Teleperformance Lucknow 🚨

👉 Position: CSA - WFO

👉 Eligibility:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

- Age: 18+

📅 Working Days: 5 days working, 2 rotational week-offs

⏰ Working Hours: 9.5 hours (1-hour break)

Shift Timings:

- Females: Day shifts (7 AM to 7 PM) rotational

IN ENGLISH:

- Excellent spoken English skills

- No MTI or grammatical errors

- Versant Level 4

- Salary: 17K CTC + 1K PLI (After successful completion of training, on the basis of performance - Monthly)

IN HINDI:

- Basic English & Hindi communication

- No MTI or major errors

- Versant Level 3

- Salary: 15K CTC + 1K PLI (After successful completion of training, on the basis of performance - Monthly)

Total Rounds:

- HR Round

- Ops Round

- Versant (Level 3 and 4) & Typing Round (WPM 25 and Accuracy 90%)
