Aptitude Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting Training Sessions:
   Deliver regular lessons on aptitude topics including quantitative reasoning, logical reasoning, data interpretation, and verbal reasoning.
2. Curriculum Development:
   Design and develop comprehensive training material, exercises, and practice tests that are aligned with the industry standards and the requirements of competitive exams.
3. Student Assessment & Feedback:
   Conduct regular assessments to gauge students' progress, providing constructive feedback and personalized tips for improvement.
4. One-on-One Coaching:
   Offer personalized coaching for students who may need extra help or wish to improve specific areas of aptitude.
5. Monitor Student Progress:
   Track students performance over time, identify areas where they need more focus, and adjust teaching strategies to meet individual or group needs.
6. Motivation & Support:
   Encourage and motivate students, building their confidence and ensuring they stay engaged throughout their learning journey.
7. Keep Up with Industry Trends:
   Stay updated on current trends in aptitude testing and incorporate new techniques and approaches into training sessions.
8. Organize Mock Tests & Practice Sessions:
   Regularly organize mock tests and practice sessions to simulate real exam conditions, helping students better prepare for competitive exams.
9. Report Preparation:
   Prepare and maintain detailed records of students' progress, test scores, and areas of improvement.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in aptitude topics such as quantitative reasoning, logical reasoning, and verbal reasoning.
• Previous experience in aptitude training or teaching.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work with students of different learning levels and backgrounds.

• Experience with online teaching tools and platforms.
• Certification in aptitude training.
