Business Development Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Business Development Executive role based in Gurugram. The role involves tasks such as new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management.

You will be actively involved in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the company. This role requires strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

The candidate will qualify leads and promote the sales and services of the company.

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills

• Lead Qualifying and Nurturing
• Set-up Appointments and Client Meetings.
• Timely Follow-ups calls to increase conversion rate.
• Manage and update sales pipeline and the CRM system with all Communications.
• Timely follow-ups on sales inquiries made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.

Qualification & Skills Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the luxury goods industry is a plus
• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
• Experience in Business and Account Management
• Ability to effectively manage and grow client accounts
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Strong negotiation skills
• MS Office experience is preferred
• Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
