Job Description

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
Generate and qualify leads, developing a robust sales pipeline.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and connect with potential clients.
Sales and Relationship Building:

Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present suitable product or service solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
Market Research and Strategy:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the companys goals.
Provide insights to the management team regarding new product or service opportunities and areas for growth.
Proposal and Presentation Development:

Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to prospective clients.
Present products or services in a compelling way to prospective clients, demonstrating their value and benefits.
Coordinate with internal teams to develop and customize proposals as per client needs.
Reporting and Analysis:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in CRM.
Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting performance metrics, challenges, and successes.
Use insights from data to improve sales strategies and tactics.
