Project Manager

As an IT Project Manager with CRM experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects, with a specific focus on customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives. Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a focus on CRM implementations and enhancements.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle CRM).
