As an IT Project Manager with CRM experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects, with a specific focus on customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives. Key Responsibilities: CRM Project Planning and Initiation:
  • Define CRM project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Assess CRM requirements and develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Identify CRM-specific risks and develop strategies for risk mitigation.

CRM Project Execution and Control:
  • Lead CRM project teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination among team members.
  • Monitor CRM project progress, track key metrics, and maintain project documentation.
  • Conduct regular CRM project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing concerns.
  • Manage CRM project budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
  • Implement change management processes and handle CRM project scope changes as necessary.

Stakeholder Management and CRM Alignment:
  • Identify CRM project stakeholders and establish effective communication channels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define CRM project requirements and expectations.
  • Ensure CRM project aligns with the organization's customer-centric goals and objectives.
  • Provide regular CRM project status reports and updates to stakeholders.
  • Address stakeholder concerns, manage expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

CRM Solution Evaluation and Implementation:
  • Assess CRM software solutions and evaluate their fit with organizational requirements.
  • Collaborate with vendors or internal IT teams to implement the chosen CRM solution.
  • Configure and customize the CRM system to align with business processes and requirements.
  • Oversee CRM data migration and integration with existing systems.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing and ensure successful CRM system deployment.

CRM System Maintenance and Support:
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure ongoing CRM system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Monitor CRM system performance and address any technical issues or escalations.
  • Provide user training and support to maximize CRM system utilization.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize CRM processes and workflows to improve efficiency and user experience.

Team Leadership:
  • Lead and motivate CRM project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, facilitating their professional growth.
  • Resolve conflicts and facilitate effective communication within the CRM project team.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a focus on CRM implementations and enhancements.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle CRM).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple CRM projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on team building, motivation, and conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for planning, monitoring, and reporting.
