Job Description
- Cold calling prospective customers
- Introduce new customers, develop and grow existing customers
- Preparing and sending quotes
- To understand customers buying pattern/needs/requirements and plan internally based on the
same
- Achieve sales target and generate revenue through trading of industrial (CR, High carbon & Hard
& Tempered) steel to OEM manufacturers (PAN India)
- Strong follow-ups for repeat orders from existing and new customers
- Frequent travel (Delhi-NCR) to regularly meet and maintain relationships with customers
- Give a seamless experience to customers pre and post-sales
- Provide general and technical support to the customers for query resolution to maximize
customer satisfaction
- Maintaining cordial relationship with end clients
- Account management with outcome of increased customer satisfaction and increase in
retention and growth
- Maintaining all leads on ERP system on daily basis
- Preparing daily sales & summary reports
- Internal & external coordination
- Direct reporting to top management
Skills
- 0 to 1 years of sales & marketing work experience
- Prior experience in Cold calling & Field visit is preferred
- Value selling techniques, Negotiation & Analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment
- Go-getter attitude and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Proficient in MS Office, Emails, Internet, Technology, etc.
- Candidate should have a deeper understanding of sale, purchase, stock, income and expenses
- High aptitude for dealing with numeric and financial data & statistics with commercial acumen
- Excellent problem-solving skills and solution-oriented attitude
- Attention to details
- Good communication & writing skills and fluency in English is a must
