Role Description:

- This is a full-time IT Recruitment Manager role located on-site in Noida.

- The IT Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring IT professionals.

- They will also handle account management activities and collaborate with hiring teams to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.

Qualifications:

- 10 to 15 Years of Experience in IT Recruitment and Hiring skills.

- Candidate should be from IT Staffing/Consulting Company.

- 10 Years Experience in Information Technology recruiting.

- Account Management/Multiple Client Handling Experience skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with candidate assessment tools.

- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
