Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution o Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Team Management o Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.
- Market Analysis and Business Development o Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and clients.
- Training and Development o Provide training and technical support to the sales team on nutrition products and their applications.
- Ensure the team is updated with the latest industry developments and product innovations.
- Reporting and Communication o Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, R&D, etc.) to align regional sales strategies with company objectives.
