Lead - International Supply Chain (8-11 yrs)

- Develop and implement international logistics strategies to ensure timely delivery of agrochemical products.

- Manage the import and export of products across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, tariffs, and international trade laws.

- Coordinate transportation modes (air, sea, land) to optimize shipping costs and delivery timelines.

- Oversee the preparation of all logistics documentation, including shipping instructions, customs clearance, and import/export licenses.

- Continuously assess and improve the global supply chain network to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, procurement, and production) to ensure alignment on supply chain goals, production schedules, and inventory management.

- Forecast demand and manage inventory levels, working closely with suppliers and distributors to mitigate risks of stock-outs or excess inventory.

- Analyze and resolve supply chain bottlenecks and implement corrective measures.

- Proven experience managing global supply chains, including knowledge of global shipping, customs, and import/export regulations.

- Ability to anticipate and plan for long-term supply chain needs while addressing current challenges.

- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and hazardous material transportation (IATA, ADR, IMDG, etc.

- Experience with ERP systems, supply chain software (e. , SAP, Oracle), and data analytics tools.

- Ability to manage multiple logistics and supply chain projects simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and deadlines.
