Job Description:

- We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with strong expertise in Supply Chain Management, E-commerce (Ecom), and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) domains.

- The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in ERP platforms like Dynamics 365 or SAP and should have exposure to Website Management.

- This role demands a strategic thinker who can handle end-to-end project lifecycle management, ensuring high-quality deliverables within stipulated timelines.

Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution:

- Drive project scoping, planning, and delivery across supply chain, e-commerce, and D2C initiatives.

- Ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.

Supply Chain Optimization:

- Manage projects focused on supply chain enhancements, inventory management, and logistics optimization.

E-commerce & D2C Projects:

- Oversee projects related to e-commerce platform integrations and direct-to-consumer strategies.

- Enhance user experience on online platforms through innovative solutions.

ERP Implementation & Management:

- Lead ERP (Dynamics 365 or SAP) related projects, including implementation, customization, and optimization.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with other systems.

Website Management:

- Oversee website maintenance, upgrades, and performance optimizations.

- Work with technical teams to ensure website security, scalability, and user experience.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to align on project objectives.

- Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress and potential risks.

Key Skills & Qualifications Experience:

- Minimum of 10+ years in project management roles, with expertise in supply chain and e-commerce/D2C domains.

ERP Expertise:

- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (D365) or SAP is highly preferred.

- Website Management: Demonstrated experience in overseeing website projects.

- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory systems, and logistics.

- Proven track record in managing e-commerce platform integrations and D2C strategies.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
