Role : Lead Consultant - OTM
Description :
Experience : 6 to 8 years.
Assignment Title : Sr. Oracle Transport Management software functional resource Assignment
Description :
- Functional Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Logistics business preferably Automotive
- At least one full cycle OTM cloud implementation experience One / Multiple OTM upgrade experience
- Personal profile Team player Analytic mindset
- Complete proficiency in English Communication & Presentation skills
Tasks :
- Conduct/participate in business requirement gathering workshop
- Convey technical requirements to Technical consultant
- Create Solution Design documents Unit test/UAT (Define & Test)
- Support & Train Key Users
- Understand the Business requirements.
- Configuration in OTM Other skills (seen as a merit) Scrum / Scaled Agile methodology
- Knowledge of external distance/rate engine connection with OTM
- Knowledge of integrating OTM with platforms like INTRAA / TRANSPOREON
- Knowledge of integrating OTM with SAP or other ERP system Cloud migration GTM knowledge / Implementation experience
- Must have strong technical and functional knowledge of the latest Oracle Transportation Management Application modules like Order management, OTM Finance, and Shipment management
- Must have knowledge of preparing mapping document to interface OTM system with EDI, WMS, Order management and finance systems, and should be able to translate the functional specifications into design specification for the technical team
- Should have experience in end-to-end OTM life cycle/implementation
- OTM architecture will also be preferred
- Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability
- Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
- Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
- Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
- Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available
- Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
- One or two industry domain knowledge
