Regional Sales Manager

Implementation of activities and analysis of current culture present in team
Strategize for the target achievement by area sales managers and their respective teams.
Ensure satisfactory resolution of customer/dealer queries and concerns in timely manner
Communicate product schemes and offers to sales team
Develop monthly plans to increase sales revenues by analyzing market, competition and relevant reports
Always implement the strategy at ground level by motivating, instructing and raise the morale for the company sales and for achievement
Develop new and nurture existing relationships with customers/dealers
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Aiming to accomplish monthly or quarterly Targets
Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
Develop plans to acquire new customers or clients, through direct sales techniques and business-to-business marketing visits
Build business by identifying and selling prospects
Meeting industrial clients at senior level and Dealers & distributors for business generation.
Identify new products in his area of operation and ensure its development.
