Ridhira Group - Real Estate Closing Manager (5-8 yrs)

Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate Closing Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the real estate closing process.

- The ideal candidate will ensure that every transaction is executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

- This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the real estate closing process ensuring payment timelines and deadlines are met.

- Coordinate with buyers to ensure a seamless closing experience.

- Review and verify all closing documents, contracts, and instructions for accuracy and compliance.

- Manage and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the closing process.

- Maintain constant communication with clients in providing updates and addressing questions or concerns promptly.

- Ensure all regulatory, legal, and financial obligations are fulfilled prior to closing.

- Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions and documentation.

- Monitor and update internal systems to track the progress of pending transactions.

- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in real estate transactions, closing coordination, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of real estate market, contracts & process.

- Familiarity with state real estate regulations (RERA).

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

- Proficiency in real estate management software and tools,.

- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Education and Experience:.

- Bachelors degree / MBA (preferred).

- Certification or training in real estate (a plus).
