Job Role : The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, leading the sales team, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets on site. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mohali District.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
- Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales-driven promotional activities.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Manage site visits and client interactions to convert prospects into sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related industry.
- Strong sales management and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- In-depth knowledge of the Mohali real estate market is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Result-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualification: MBA/Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
