Job Description
- Education Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate in Architecture
- The position holder will be responsible for designing projects layouts, designs and drawings for new projects, handle renovation of old projects or redevelopment schemes, including the interior and surrounding landscape and spaces, as well as supervising their construction to ensure architectural structure is followed. Work closely with Project Coordinator and monitoring to ensure projected designs match their needs and are functional, safe and economicam

- Excellent design and drafting skills and proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Google sketches and other software and applications.
- Organisational, project management and planning skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- An analytical mind with excellent problem-solving and mathematical ability. Key Deliverables/Responsibilities
- Preparation and finalisation of Architectural & Structural Drawings for projects already running or new projects under planning.
- Match architectural Plans with marketing plans (saleable area) and ensure it is compliant before handing over to Project Managers after MD and V.P. concurrence.
- Scrutiny of Drawings, cost analysis, offering comments and consulting with the V.P. on suggestions and changes as may be required before getting final approval from MD.
- Stay abreast of any development and new trends in the industry, best practices used and suggest to MD and GM Construction. Innovate and implement new & improved ideas wherever possible.
