Job Description

Sr. Site Engineer must work on these below tasks:

1) Project Planning, Execution & Coordination with Various teams to ensure smooth

flow of work,

2) Work with other departments and experts to ensure smooth project progression and

timely delivery,

3) Engineer himself responsible for the Safety, quality and efficient work execution,

4) Supervise and direct site personnel, including subcontractors, labourers, and other

engineers,

5) Review and understand the project drawings, specifications, and contract

documents,

6) Implement quality control measures and address any deviations from the established

procedures,

7) Enforce strict safety protocols, ensuring the safety of all personnel on-site,

8) Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental guidelines, and health

and safety regulations,

10) Maintain accurate records of site activities, material usage, and labour hours,

11) Attend site meetings and provide input on project status, progress, and any

challenges faced,

12) Address and resolve any technical or operational challenges that arise during the

construction process,

13) Work with other departments and experts to ensure smooth project progression and

timely delivery,

14) Oversee final inspections and ensure all tasks are completed before handover,

15) Coordinate the process for project handover to the client, ensuring all documentation

is completed and all conditions are met,

16) Having Good Computer Knowledge including AutoCAD & Microsoft Office and other

basic required tool,

17) Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with contractors,

other team members, and management.

18) Strong leadership and organizational skills,

19) Having good knowledge in Sequence of Work process.

Requirements

Skills:

Strong understanding of branding principles and real estate market dynamics.

Exceptional communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.
