Job Description

  • Product Launch Strategy: Lead the planning, development, and execution of product launch strategies, ensuring successful market entry and long-term growth.
  • Brand Positioning: Develop and refine the brandpositioning in the market, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
  • Campaign Management: Design and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to maximize brand visibility and customer acquisition.
  • Market Research & Insights: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer behaviour, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Digital Marketing Leadership: Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns, driving online traffic and conversions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and operations teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies and successful product launches.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources to achieve strategic goals.

Key Requirements:

  • Educational Background: MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a reputed institute.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in marketing within the retail sector, with a focus on product launches and brand management. Experience with top retail companies is highly preferred.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in launching and scaling products, with a deep understanding of the retail market and consumer behaviour.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, with a strong grasp of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team, with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and narratives.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the retail industry, including current trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics.
  • Creative Vision: Ability to think creatively and strategically, driving innovation in marketing approaches to enhance brand presence and customer loyalty.
