Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Location: Nanakaramguda, Hyderabad.

Job Summary:
The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including strategic financial planning, risk management, fundraising, budgeting, compliance, and financial reporting.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate, hospitality, or construction finance and experience in managing large-scale financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Leadership:
- Develop and execute financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.
- Lead the companys fundraising efforts, investor relations, and capital structuring.
- Drive cost optimization and financial efficiency across all departments.
Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Analyze financial reports, business performance metrics, and market trends to support decision-making.
- Identify and implement financial KPIs to track business health.
Risk Management & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST, corporate governance, and statutory requirements.
- Develop and implement risk management policies to safeguard the company's financial interests.
- Establish internal controls to prevent fraud, financial misstatements, and inefficiencies.
Fundraising & Investor Relations:
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors to secure funding and optimize capital structure.
- Lead equity and debt financing strategies, including negotiations for loans and investment rounds.
Operational Finance & Cost Control:
- Monitor project-based financial planning, cost analysis, and cash flow for real estate and hospitality ventures.
- Drive financial discipline across procurement, supply chain, and vendor management.
- Work closely with the procurement and project management teams to ensure cost-effective operations.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the finance, accounts, and taxation teams.
- Drive digital transformation in finance through ERP and automation tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (CMA), or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
- 15-25 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or construction.
- Proven experience in fundraising, investor relations, and financial restructuring.
- Strong understanding of taxation, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with financial modeling, ERP systems, and MIS reporting.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Preferred Industry Experience: Real Estate / Hospitality / Construction / Infrastructure Development.
