Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Taking care of all the marketing related activities
• Generating Admissions.
• Visiting Schools and Colleges for Presentations
• Tie ups with Consultants for Admissions
• Conducting Seminars
• Counseling Students and Parents
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase student enrollments.
• Identify potential target markets and outreach opportunities.
• Generate and nurture leads through online and offline channels.
• Organize and participate in education fairs, career expos, school visits, and seminars.
• Build relationships with schools, colleges, and career counselors to increase referrals.
• Conduct workshops, webinars, and open house events for prospective students.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in education marketing, admissions, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet enrollment targets.
