Lead Generation & Conversion

• Engage with prospective students through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
• Understand their requirements and suggest the most suitable UPSC courses.
• Follow up with leads and ensure maximum enrollments.

Counselling & Guidance

• Explain the UPSC exam pattern, eligibility, and preparation strategies.
• Provide detailed information about the institutes coaching programs, test series, and study materials.
• Address queries regarding exam preparation, study plans, and program benefits.

Sales & Admissions Process

• Assist students in completing the admission process.
• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

• Track and report daily sales activities and enrollment numbers.
• Provide feedback to management on student concerns and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong sales and persuasion skills with the ability to convert leads into enrollments.
• Knowledge of UPSC CSE exam and preparation strategies (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Bachelors degree in any field.
