Business Development Manager (BDM) For RICE

Business Growth & Revenue Generation

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue.
• Drive sales of UPSC coaching programs, test series, and other educational services.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Lead Generation & Conversion

• Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads through various channels.
• Convert leads into enrollments through effective sales and consultation techniques.
• Establish relationships with potential students, parents, and institutional partners.

Sales & Marketing Strategy Execution

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Lead and mentor the sales and counseling team to enhance performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business strategies.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to reporting authority.
• Recommend improvements based on data analysis and market feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in education/edtech).
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills to drive revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
• Knowledge of UPSC coaching/education sector (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
