Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and Business Development Manager with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience and a strong understanding of the Upwork,PPH,Fiver,Freelancer etc platform to join our team.

- Min Experience: 2-4 Years
- Qualification: MBA or bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Good Communication Skills in English Reading & Writing expected.
- Location: Fully Onsite Position at our Mohali (Punjab) office.
- Remuneration: No Bar in Salary.
- Working days/time: Mon-Friday/Saturday alternative (9:30am to 6:30pm-Flexible)

Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager, preferably with a focus on Upwork.
- Strong understanding of the Upwork platform, including proposal creation, bidding, and client communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of successful client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with web development and digital marketing services is a plus.
