About the job:
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our recruitment team.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of technical roles and have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various technical positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract technical talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay current with industry trends and market conditions to effectively position the company as a desirable employer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/ master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role within the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of various technical roles and technologies (software development, data science, IT).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
