- We are a Y-Combinator-backed technology company and a competitive pricing intelligence platform for brands and online stores.
- We track and categorize all this data using AI and machine learning.
- We're seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition professional who would directly work with the founding team to build an A+ Engineering and Product Team.
- This role will involve identifying top Talent in the technology space, assessing them & onboarding them.
- If you are someone who prefers a steep learning curve, enjoys the speed of execution in early-stage start-ups, and can deal with ambiguity and problem-solving, this is a great role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, spot, and engage the top 10%tile talent in Software Engineering and Product roles
- Interview, assess, and build top quality talent pipeline with an aim to achieve a 10 (TA shortlisted): 1 (Offer Accepted) ratio
- Problem solve for recruiting challenges like discovering new talent pool, engaging passive Talent, the velocity of candidate movement in the pipeline, skill v/s pay benchmarking, employer branding, etc
- Make data-driven decisions that yield results
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Recruiting for Technology, Engineering, or Product roles in early-stage start-ups/SaaS or IT Product companies
- Believes in recording, tracking, and taking data-driven actions
- Likes speed of execution has a bias for action and thrives in result-driven environments
