Role Overview :

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Upstox is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our high-energy, fast-paced recruitment team in Mumbai. As a recruiter at Upstox, you'll be at the forefront of bringing in top talent to fuel our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities :

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to making offers and ensuring smooth onboarding. You will be responsible for hiring for a variety of roles across different departments, including tech, marketing, operations, and more.

- Talent Sourcing: Utilize a mix of traditional and innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage with high-quality candidates. Your expertise in headhunting and networking will help you build a strong talent pipeline for both current and future hiring needs.

- Candidate Experience: Create a positive, seamless experience for every candidate-from the initial outreach to post-interview follow-up. Ensure that candidates feel valued, respected, and informed at every stage of the hiring process.

- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic input on the recruitment process. You will partner with internal stakeholders to define job descriptions, establish clear hiring criteria, and assess candidates against these parameters.

- Employer Branding: Champion Upstox's employer brand by effectively communicating our vision, culture, and values to potential hires. You will be instrumental in showcasing Upstox as a top employer in the fintech space.

- Process Improvement: Constantly review and improve the recruitment processes to make them more efficient, candidate-friendly, and aligned with business goals.

Note: This role requires office visits 4 days a week.

What We're Looking For :

- Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in hiring for product, marketing or finance roles is a plus, but we're open to a range of backgrounds.

- Strong Communication Skills: You should be an exceptional communicator, with the ability to build rapport and connect with people across different functions and levels.

- Passion for Talent: A genuine passion for identifying top talent and helping people find the right fit for their careers.

- Attention to Detail: You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles and priorities without missing a beat.

- Tech-Savvy: You don't need to be a tech expert, but you should be comfortable using recruitment tools and platforms to streamline your workflow.

- Positive Attitude: You bring enthusiasm and energy to your work and inspire others with your upbeat approach to challenges.
