Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage recruitment strategies aligned with the company's IT goals.
- Identify and source qualified candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create and refine job descriptions.
- Maintain an applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Guide candidates through the hiring process while providing a positive experience.
- Perform market research to stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, including career fairs and networking events.
- Utilize data and metrics to evaluate recruitment efforts and enhance strategies.
- Negotiate job offers, extending offers to candidates, and facilitating onboarding processes.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as part of the hiring process.
- Foster relationships with university placement offices and other recruitment sources.
- Support diversity initiatives by actively sourcing diverse candidate pools.
- Stay informed about relevant labor laws and best practices in recruitment.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruiting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on candidate experience.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and analytics.
- Experience with social media recruiting strategies.
- Familiarity with labor laws and ethical recruiting standards.
- Demonstrated success in filling technical and non-technical positions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to candidate sourcing.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry changes and technological advancements.
- Certifications in HR or recruiting (preferred).
