Details about the role Job Title: Associate Director/ Director Product (Full-time)

For: Upstox for Investors

Location: Mumbai

Job description summary:

Product Strategy: Define and drive the product vision, aligning it with overall business objectives and customer needs for the Wealth product (Upstox for investors)

Roadmap Development and Execution: Create and manage a product roadmap that balances customer needs and company resources. Take the product roadmap to timely and high-quality execution, closely working across teams

Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure smooth and effective product delivery.

Data-driven Decision Making: Leverage market research, customer feedback, and performance analytics to inform product decisions and improvements.

Team Leadership: Mentor and lead the product management team, ensuring consistent performance and professional growth.

Customer Centricity: Act as the voice of the customer within the organisation, ensuring customer-centricity in all product decisions.

Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision, progress, and priorities to executive leadership, stakeholders, and partners

What do you need to bring

Proven Experience : 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and execute high-level product strategy while understanding operational constraints.

Customer-Centric Approach : Strong experience in gathering customer insights and turning them into actionable product improvements

Leadership Communication : You can clearly articulate complex information and decisions to a variety of audiences. You possess an exceptional ability to influence, inspire, and lead cross-functional teams.

Data Analysis Decision Making : Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.

Excellent Communication:Founders mindset: Self-motivated,you are a self-motivated teammate with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
