Job Title : Manager - Contact Center
Sales Leadership:
- Lead and manage the Insurance Telesales function.
- Work closely with Outsourced Vendor Team to drive sales
- Analyse the funnel volume, quality and implement approach to drive revenue
- Works closely with the Product, Tech and CRM Team to enhance the workflow and customer experience.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching/feedback.
- Own the Sales Target, identify and implement interventions to achieve the predefined targets.
- Monitor & enhance performance at Agent & Team level-
Sales Operations: - Manage sales processes, workflows, and systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Maintain accurate sales records and publish reports.-
- Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Training and Development: - Develop and deliver training programs for sales representatives.
- Identify skill gaps and provide coaching/mentoring.
Focus Products : Life Insurance, Health Insurance & General Insurance (Motor, Travel, any other product)
Must Have : Proven track record of meeting/surpassing sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Insurance industry knowledge (life, health, motor)
Great to Have : Insurance licensing Experience with CRM software
