Technical Recruiter - Domestic Staffing (1-2 yrs)

Position: IT Recruiter Domestic Staffing.

Location: Indore (On-site).

Supersourcing is seeking a skilled Recruiter with a strong background in technical staffing.

Your expertise in sourcing, pitching, and closing candidates with minimal drop rates is what will drive success in this role.

You'll work on both contract and full-time technical roles, helping our clients find the right talent at the right price, with quality and speed.

What You'll Do:

- Requirement Understanding: Work closely with clients and hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of role requirements and ensure alignment with client needs.

- Talent Sourcing: Use a data-driven approach to source high-quality technical talent, leveraging multiple platforms and networks to find the best candidates quickly.

- Candidate Engagement and Pitching: Convince and engage top talent by effectively communicating role benefits, company culture, and career growth opportunities.

- Managing Drop Rates: Maintain low drop rates by setting clear candidate expectations, providing excellent candidate experience, and addressing potential concerns upfront.

- Quality and Speed: Fill roles efficiently while ensuring talent quality meets client standards.

- Balance time-to-hire with quality by adhering to established benchmarks.

- Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize recruitment metrics to monitor sourcing effectiveness, candidate pipeline health, and other key performance indicators to continuously optimize the hiring process.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 2+ years in technical staffing, with experience in both contract and full-time hiring.

- A strong background in working with low drop rates is highly valued.

- Recruitment Skills: Proven ability in candidate sourcing, engagement, and pitching for technical roles.

- Solid negotiation and persuasion skills to secure quality hires.

- Technical Proficiency: Understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and market trends, enabling you to match the right talent with the right opportunities.

- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients alike.
