- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruitment Specialist to join our team, focusing on US staffing.
- You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client requirements to placing qualified candidates.
- This role requires a strong understanding of the US IT market, various visa statuses, tax terms, and excellent sourcing and communication skills.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including understanding client needs, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and coordinating placements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future staffing needs.
- Thoroughly analyze and understand client job requirements, technical specifications, and company culture to identify the ideal candidate profile.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder), social networking sites (LinkedIn), professional networks, referrals, and Boolean search techniques to identify qualified candidates.
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through targeted outreach and networking.
- Conduct initial screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of IT concepts, technologies, and roles to effectively evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Negotiate compensation packages, benefits, and other terms of employment with candidates.
- Demonstrate familiarity with different US visa statuses (H1B, OPT, EAD, L1&L2, GC, TN) and tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
- Experience recruiting for specific IT niches (AI, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity)
