About the Role:
- We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with a proven track record in Domestic India contractual staffing.
- The ideal candidate will excel in C2C (Corp-to-Corp) and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) hiring, maintain a strong vendor network, and leverage an existing candidate pool to meet client needs within tight deadlines.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Use your existing candidate pool to source and submit profiles within 2 hours of receiving requirements.
- Contractual Staffing: Manage C2C and C2H hiring models to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
- Vendor Management: Develop and maintain a network of vendors to support C2C staffing needs.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand staffing requirements and deliver suitable candidates promptly.
- Database Management: Maintain and update a robust database of potential candidates for quick turnarounds.
- Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies for contractual staffing.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements throughout the hiring process.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Domestic India contractual staffing, preferably in a staffing company.
- Expertise: Hands-on experience with C2C and C2H hiring processes.
- Vendor Network: Proven experience in managing a vendor network for C2C staffing.
- Candidate Pool: Must have a ready-to-use pool of candidates for immediate submissions.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Technology: Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA in HR; Experience in strategic recruitment planning.
- Knowledge of industry-specific compliance requirements.
