Role Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Volto Consulting.
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, where the recruiter will take on a critical role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for clients across various sectors.
- The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for IT, Healthcare, Engineering, and other technical roles.
- You will engage with candidates, understand their career goals, and match them with the right job opportunities.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining strong communication throughout the recruiting process and ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Life Cycle Recruiting: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job requisition, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and job offer negotiation.
- Technical Recruiting: Source and assess candidates for technical roles, including IT, healthcare, and engineering positions.
- Conduct technical screenings to evaluate candidates' expertise and suitability for various roles.
- Candidate Sourcing: Leverage various platforms (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Client Communication: Maintain excellent communication with hiring managers, providing updates on candidate status, market insights, and recruitment progress.
- Negotiation: Manage the offer process, negotiate salaries, benefits, and other terms to ensure both client and candidate satisfaction.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment activities to the management team.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes comply with relevant employment laws and regulations, especially related to contract types.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-life cycle recruitment, with a focus on technical recruiting.
- Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in IT, Healthcare, and Engineering industries.
Technical Recruiting Expertise:
- Experience with technical screening and understanding of technical roles in IT, Engineering, and other specialized fields.
Recruitment Models:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment models, including contract and full-time roles.
- Comfortability in negotiating and working with different contract types.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment while meeting deadlines and achieving hiring targets.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of labor laws and visa processes.
- Experience recruiting for niche technical roles and specialized positions.
