Manager - Finance - GAAP/IFRS (6-10 yrs)

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our growing organization.

- In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's financial operations, including planning, analysis, reporting, and risk management.

- You will play a key role in driving financial strategy and ensuring the company's long-term financial health and success.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking.

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial data analysis.

Reporting:

- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards (e. , GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory reporting requirements.

- Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations as needed.

- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the organization's liquidity and financial stability.
