RentoMojo caters to the needs of the working professionals which is unmet due to non-availability of furnished rental flats by offering furniture and appliances on rental basis, thus, providing more flexibility than owning the expensive furniture and appliances.
Currently, we have 180,000+ subscribers with a typical rental period of 12-14 months.
The current market size (as per a recent report by Grant Thornton) is estimated to be US$ 4.1 Billion and expected to grow to US$ 13 Billion by 2025.
With 1700+ people operations, the company has a presence in 20 cities across India.
Looking back, Rentomojo has not only made a new market of lease which never existed for the consumer, they have also become market leaders in the consumer rental industry.
Unlike the norm, they are now seeing a reverse trend wherein a version of ours is being copied in the US and UK.

DIRECT REPORTS : AVP Growth Marketing, Art Director, Sales & Partnerships, Brand Manager.
Job Purpose:
- Lead and drive the company's revenue and growth agenda, freeing up the CEO from day-to-day revenue responsibilities.
- Oversee growth marketing, performance marketing, brand management, content strategy, production, sales, and partnerships.
- Focus on building new scalable revenue channels and unlocking long-term business growth.
Responsibilities And Ownership:
Revenue Growth & P&L Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue and growth strategies to drive top-line performance, profitability, and market share.
- Establish and scale new revenue lines through MVP testing and expansion.
- Own revenue targets, optimizing pricing strategies, customer lifetime value (LTV), and conversion funnels to maximize ROI.
- Drive revenue diversification through new monetization models (subscriptions, partnerships, affiliates).
- Ensure efficient capital deployment and cost optimization to sustain profitability.
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine growth strategies and forecast revenue trajectories.
Strategic Growth & Business Expansion:
- Identify and unlock new market opportunities, geographies, and customer segments.
- Lead cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
- Foster collaboration between marketing, sales, product, and finance to drive integrated growth strategies.
Customer Acquisition & Retention:
- Oversee performance marketing across all channels to drive acquisition and retention.
- Continuously improve conversion funnels and customer journeys to maximize engagement and revenue.
- Drive lifecycle marketing strategies, increasing retention, LTV, and repeat purchases.
- Leverage upselling and cross-selling tactics for sustained revenue growth.
Brand-Led Growth & Market Positioning:
- Craft and execute a compelling brand narrative to differentiate the company and enhance brand equity.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Lead high-impact marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage PR and media strategies to strengthen brand visibility and reputation.
- Build and enhance advocacy through strong customer experiences, referrals, and repeat purchases.
Partnerships & Strategic Alliances:
- Identify, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships that drive brand visibility and revenue growth.
- Leverage collaborations with platforms, marketplaces, and technology partners to scale growth.
Category Expansion & Business Innovation:
- Work closely with procurement and category teams to identify and develop new growth opportunities.
- Use consumer insights to enhance product offerings and maximize LTV.
- Develop and execute strategies for new product categories and business expansion.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor movements to drive innovation.
Leadership & Execution:
- Build and lead a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Execute high-impact strategies while maintaining agility to pivot as needed.
- Drive a results-oriented, execution-driven approach to deliver sustained business growth.
