Job Description

We are looking for VP/SVP to drive the company's revenue and growth agenda.

Responsible for growth marketing, performance marketing, brand management, content strategy, production, sales(Inside, Pre-sales, B2B, Institutional) , and partnerships. Focus on building new scalable revenue channels and unlocking long-term business growth and revenue.

Responsibilities:

- Build and lead a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

- Drive a results-oriented, execution-driven approach to deliver sustained business growth.

- Lead & execute new business initiatives within organisation right from product ideation to on ground execution

- Be responsible for developing GTM strategies.

- Develop channel, content & communication plan.

- Conceptualize and launch offerings.

- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue and growth strategies to drive top-line performance, profitability, and market share.

- Establish and scale new revenue lines through MVP testing and expansion.

- Own revenue targets, optimizing pricing strategies, customer lifetime value (LTV), and conversion funnels to maximize ROI.

- Leverage data-driven insights to refine growth strategies and forecast revenue trajectories.

- Lead cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.

- Oversee performance marketing across all channels to drive acquisition and retention.

- Continuously improve conversion funnels and customer journeys to maximize engagement and revenue.

- Craft and execute a compelling brand narrative to differentiate the company and enhance brand equity.

- Lead high-impact marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

- Manage PR and media strategies to strengthen brand visibility and reputation.

- Identify, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships that drive brand visibility and revenue growth.

- Leverage collaborations with platforms, marketplaces, and technology partners to scale growth.
