Role Overview:

- Way2News is looking for an experienced Head of Growth to lead our user acquisition and performance marketing efforts.

- The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, managing large budgets, and optimizing Cost Per Install (CPI).

- Manage and optimize large budgets across multiple performance marketing platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DV360, and more.

- Focus on reducing Cost per Install (CPI) while scaling user acquisition.

- Have hands-on expertise in Google Analytics, Singular, AppsFlyer, or similar tools, with strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions.

- Ability to join immediately and take charge of scaling Way2News to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead growth strategies across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DV360, and all major performance marketing platforms.

- Optimize user acquisition funnels and campaigns to maximize growth at scale.

- Manage large advertising budgets, focusing on efficiency and results.

- Utilize strong analytical skills with platforms like Google Analytics, Singular, AppsFlyer, and other MMPs to drive data-backed decisions.

- Proven track record in handling large budgets and optimizing campaign performance.
