Job Responsibilities:

- We are looking for a proactive professional who drives the learning strategy for our students.

- The role involves developing curriculums, creating assignments and projects, and managing a large team of teachers.

- The individual will design and execute a comprehensive curriculum strategy while driving operational efficiency to support Talentgum's long-term growth.

- The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a visionary approach, capable of balancing creativity, innovation, and organizational needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of instructional designers, content creators, and subject matter experts to create engaging, high-quality curriculums.

- Innovate learning methodologies by incorporating modern pedagogical practices, technology, and emerging tools introducing gamification.

- Establish metrics for curriculum success and ensure continuous improvement based on learner feedback and data analytics.

- Manage a large team of teachers directly or indirectly and ensure session quality and discipline.

- Drive efficiency and performance across teams by optimizing workflows, tools, and resources.

- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (marketing, technology, sales, etc.) to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience working with a high-growth organization.

- Affinity towards content and pedagogy combined with an understanding of business and numbers.

- A self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

- Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in managing large teams for at least a year

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders.

- MBA from a Tier 1 institute is preferred.
