Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and tech-savvy Social Media Intern to join our marketing team. As a Social Media Intern at Rentomojo, you will assist in managing our social media accounts, creating content, analyzing performance, and helping build our online presence. You will gain hands-on experience working with a dynamic team while learning how to drive engagement, grow brand awareness, and contribute to the success of our social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content (images, videos, posts) for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Scheduling & Posting: Help schedule and post content across various social media channels to maintain a consistent brand voice and presence.
Engagement: Monitor and engage with followers, reply to comments, and engage with our community to enhance customer relationships.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or other social media analytics platforms. Assist in analyzing the data to optimize future posts.
Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and competitors to suggest new content ideas or strategies.
Campaign Support: Assist with the development and execution of social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and influencer collaborations.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure content aligns with Rentomojos branding and messaging.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing and content creation.
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous internship or experience in digital marketing or social media management.
Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
Ability to adapt to the tone and style of Rentomojo s brand on social media.
