As a Social Media Intern, you will assist in managing and growing our social media presence, engaging with our community, and supporting the overall social media strategy. Responsibilities :
Assist in creating, editing, and publishing engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Help plan and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions with followers.
Conduct research on trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activity to inform content strategy.
Analyze social media metrics and create performance reports to track growth and engagement.
Assist with brainstorming and developing content ideas (graphics, videos, posts) in collaboration with the marketing team.
Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Assist in paid social media campaigns and promotions as needed.
Participate in influencer outreach and community engagement initiatives.
Requirements :
Strong passion for social media and a keen understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Ability to think creatively and generate innovative content ideas.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
A basic understanding of social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions).
Enthusiastic and willing to learn about digital marketing and social media strategies.
Preferred Skills :
Experience in video editing for social media (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels).
Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Prior internship or coursework related to marketing, communications, or digital media.
