Site Supervisor- Finishing

Role & responsibilities

• Finishing Work Supervision:

Oversee all finishing activities such as painting, tiling, plastering, false ceilings, carpentry,
and flooring.

Ensure finishing works are executed as per design specifications and quality
standards.Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards in finishes.

• Project Handover:

Assist in managing the handover process of completed projects to clients.

Prepare and resolve snag lists to ensure all finishing work meets client expectations.

Provide necessary documentation and support during the handover process.

• AutoCAD Proficiency:

Review and interpret finishing-related AutoCAD drawings and ensure site execution aligns
with designs.

Suggest minor modifications in designs if required based on on-site conditions.

• Quality Control:

Monitor and maintain the quality of materials and workmanship for finishing tasks.

Identify and address defects or deviations in finishing work promptly.

• Site Coordination:

Coordinate with other teams (MEP, structural, etc.) to ensure seamless finishing work
execution.

Communicate effectively with contractors, vendors, and labor teams to maintain project
timelines.

Progress Monitoring and Reporting:

Track daily progress of finishing activities and provide updates to the project manager.

Highlight potential challenges or delays and propose corrective actions.

• Material and Resource Management:

Monitor inventory of finishing materials and ensure timely availability on-site.

Optimize the utilization of manpower and materials for efficient project delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma/Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in finishing works for residential real estate or hotel/hospitality
  projects.
• Proven experience in project handovers.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and quality control.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
