Job Overview:

The Interior Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the interior construction and installation processes on-site for interior design projects. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure that all work is completed according to design specifications, safety standards, and within the project timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations on-site for interior design projects.
• Ensure adherence to interior design plans and specifications, maintaining quality control.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and construction crews to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any delays or issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with building codes.
• Handle on-site troubleshooting and resolve any discrepancies between the design and the physical build.
• Communicate with the Project Manager and other team members to ensure alignment on goals, schedules, and deliverables.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment in line with industry regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in interior design or construction management, particularly in interior projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret design blueprints and construction plans.
• Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety protocols.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
• A degree or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is a plus.

This position involves administrative tasks, communication with clients and vendors, and helping to manage the overall project flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the day-to-day operations of interior design projects, ensuring smooth execution.
• Liaise with clients, designers, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to keep all parties informed.
• Maintain and monitor project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and any delays are promptly addressed.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, contracts, and permits as required.
• Track project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Organize and maintain accurate records of project correspondence, contracts, and reports.
• Assist the Project Manager in risk management and problem-solving.
• Organize meetings, project status updates, and site visits as needed.
• Prepare reports for clients, management, or other stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in project coordination, particularly in interior design or construction.
