Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Interior Project Manager with over 10 + years of experience to lead and oversee high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects from conception to completion. This role requires frequent travel to project sites, ensuring consistent oversight and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven track record of managing complex design and construction projects while delivering on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to Project Sites: Frequent travel to project sites nationwide or internationally to manage and oversee project progress, conduct site inspections, and liaise with contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Lead and manage multiple interior design and construction projects simultaneously, ensuring all timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
• Develop and oversee project schedules, ensuring that project milestones are met.
• Manage the project budget, ensuring cost control and accurate tracking of expenses.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure the work is progressing according to the design and quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and addressing any concerns.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Supervise and mentor junior project managers, assistant project managers, and support staff.
• Ensure that all projects are compliant with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Prepare and present project reports, timelines, and cost estimates to stakeholders.
• Resolve any conflicts or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in interior project management, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and FF&E procurement.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and within budget constraints.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• In-depth understanding of interior design principles and practices.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software (preferred).
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Ability to travel frequently to project sites as required (both domestic and international).
