General Manager Sales

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and relationship management.
  
• Identify new business opportunities by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing connections within the real estate sector.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) to drive repeat business and referrals.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in B2C sales or similar field with expertise in HNI acquisition and client handling.
  
• Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through successful sales campaigns.
  
• Strong understanding of luxury lifestyle products/services targeted at ultra-high net worth individuals (UHNI).
  
• Excellent communication skills for building rapport with clients across various levels of society.
