Job Description

The role holder is responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and enhancing brand positioning within the luxury segment. In this role, you will implement sales strategies, manage key HNI/UHNI clients, and represent the brand to achieve revenue targets.

Role & responsibilities

  • This role involves crafting personalized experiences for high-net-worth clients, and ensuring exceptional service standards.
  • Implement and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and close deals.
  • Drive the sales process from lead qualification to deal closure, ensuring high service standards.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to secure deals.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Deliver bespoke sales experiences tailored to the specific needs and preferences of high-end clients.
  • Handle client queries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure that every interaction with clients meets the highest standards of luxury and personalization.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile

9+ years with 4+ years of experience in luxury sales, retail, or a similar high-end market role

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-profile clients.

  • Impeccable presentation and grooming, reflecting the luxury brands image.
  • Results-driven, with a passion for exceeding expectations.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust with discerning clients.
  • Flexibility to travel and work extended hours, including weekends, as needed for events or client meetings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deliver personalized, high-touch client experiences.
