What You Will Do
Researching organizations to identify new partnership leads and potential collaboration opportunities with these identified leads
Developing a large funnel of B2B clients via these strategic partnerships and alliances
Connecting with the relevant folks within the large investing and fundraising ecosystems (accelerators, incubators, angel networks, angel syndicates, micro VC funds, VC funds, etc.) to provide them an understanding of Recurs recurring revenue financing product for their portfolio companies (building presentation, walking them through the product, etc.)
Continuously managing and deepening partner relationships.
Liaising with the product and tech team to get the onboarding of B2B partners
Managing existing relationships with existing B2B clients
Providing new partners with relevant PPT, and Partnership brochure reports to build new and prospective B2B relationships
Identifying the needs of other companies, and their decision-makers and structuring partnerships accordingly
Role Responsibilities
As a Manager - Partnerships and Strategic Alliances, you will drive partnerships for Recur Club.
Play an integral role in driving the strategic partnerships strategy by identifying new opportunities for partnerships across our current, and future product lines.
Build joint business plans with our partners for initiatives, including end-to-end GTM plans as well as a robust set of KPIs, success metrics, joint accountability, and governance.
Run the day-to-day operation of the partner program and help enable a smooth end-to-end partner experience. You should be adaptable and quickly adjustable to changing business priorities and challenges.
Develop best practices, scalable mechanisms, and repeatable processes on all aspects of the post-close of a partnership.
Develop, present, and promote Recur Clubs vision within each partner and the partner vision within Recur Club to develop a joint solution roadmap.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing new, strong B2B partnerships
Proven track record of growing and scaling the B2B partnership channel for a company
Ability to thoroughly analyze business products and value propositions and put these into strategic thinking toward alliance partnerships strategies
Data-driven decision-making, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver engaging presentations
Skills allowing one to self-manage and self-improve without the need for constant monitoring
Big plus: Previous experience in establishing well-functioning and effective B2B partnerships across industries and - the outside-the-box- of usual alliances
Technical Skills And Qualifications
Working knowledge of spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience working with a CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)
Advanced English skills are a must
