Design and monitor contests and other ground level activities for Strategic Alliances team.
Form and drive national strategic alliances, onboarding big ticket clients, building distribution tie-ups with NDs, Foreign banks, PSBs, Wealth management set ups, etc. and maintain relationship.
Responsible for execution of strategies to increase distribution in the region in collaboration with Sales Teams with the goal of increasing alliances market share.
Track and follow up on new business leads.
Work in collaboration with internal teams to ensure that any information going out is in the best interest of the company.
Guide their team in meeting revenue targets by monitoring sales metrics & analyzing sales data.
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive activities, including analyzing customer behavior and preferences and identifying new market opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, communicate effectively and demonstrate deep understanding of customer needs and knowledge of mutual fund market and products.
Ensure and adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
