Senior Manager - Affinity Sales & Partnerships

Role & responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify, develop, and manage affinity partnerships with corporates, associations, and other strategic partners.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive insurance sales through affinity channels, leveraging innovative solutions and customized offerings.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and distribution networks.
• Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and enhance existing affinity programs.
• Negotiation & Collaboration: Work closely with insurers and internal teams to structure and negotiate commercial terms.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all partnership agreements and sales processes comply with regulatory guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance sales (Broking experience preferred).
• Strong network in corporate partnerships, associations, or affinity groups.
• Proven ability to drive business growth through relationship-based sales.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and implement sales strategies.
• Exposure to Employee Benefits, Motor, Travel, or Niche Insurance products is an advantage.
