Key Responsibilities:

Partner Onboarding and Relationship Management:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partnerships and alliances.
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners to maximize revenue generation opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Sales Enablement & Performance Management:

  • Develop and execute partner sales strategies to drive pipeline growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide training, enablement materials, and support to partners, ensuring they have the tools to effectively sell our solutions.
  • Monitor partner performance, track key metrics, and optimize sales effectiveness through regular reviews and feedback.

Business Development & Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Collaborate with partners to identify new market opportunities and jointly develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to align partner initiatives with company objectives.
  • Develop tailored partner programs and incentive structures to drive engagement and performance.

Revenue Generation & Forecasting:

  • Drive partner-sourced revenue and ensure consistent sales funnel growth.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline tracking through CRM tools and regular reporting.
  • Negotiate and close partner-driven deals while maintaining profitability and long-term relationships.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, and product teams to deliver value-added solutions to partners and clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, partner meetings, and conferences to strengthen brand presence.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 510 years of experience in IT ( HW, SW, Managed Services) sales with a strong focus on partner/channel sales/Alliances.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships and achieving aggressive sales targets.
